About the role
The Sales Marketing Executive will promote and sell insurance products to businesses, working under the guidance of the Sales Manager. This position combines consultative selling with marketing initiatives to expand the agency’s client base and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential insurance clients, generating qualified leads.
- Present insurance solutions, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Sign up new business customers and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
- Participate in regular training and performance review sessions.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑confidence and ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
