Territory Manager

About the role

The Territory Manager will oversee daily operations and performance across multiple sites for an ISP in Kampala. You will ensure that field teams deliver high‑quality service, meet revenue targets, and adhere to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all locations within the assigned territory, conducting regular site visits and inspections.
• Supervise and coordinate field staff, develop work schedules, monitor attendance and productivity, and provide coaching.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly revenue, support strategies to exceed targets, and collaborate with the Business Manager on improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and report operational and sales data, highlighting performance gaps and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of experience in territory or operations management.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑site teams and drive revenue performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
