Territory Sales Representative – Entebbe

About the role

The Territory Sales Representative will lead the development and growth of profitable new business in Entebbe, focusing on LPG products and solutions. You will act as the primary field resource, spending most of your time interacting face‑to‑face with prospective customers, existing clients and referral services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Customer Service Centre Manager to create and execute a sales plan that meets monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Generate sales growth by maximizing face‑time with prospects, identifying opportunities across the LPG portfolio, and actively participating in the local community.
• Research and prospect new business opportunities, develop awareness, discover customer needs and secure new contracts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and terms, to key decision‑makers and negotiate favourable agreements.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert throughout the sales cycle, building strong relationships and following up on current and future customer needs.
• Report regularly on sales funnel progress, key performance indicators and resolve any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in territory or field sales, preferably within the energy or LPG sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline and travel within the assigned territory.
• Results‑oriented attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
