About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Client Growth Sales Representative to join our team in Entebbe. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships to promote our banking and financial products.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate prospective customers through cold calling, networking events, and flyer distribution.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, mapping potential customers and creating weekly work plans.
- Conduct presentations and client acquisition initiatives, supporting public networking events and giveaways.
- Collaborate with the sales team to roll out client acquisition strategies and follow up with clients post‑conversion.
- Produce performance reports and maintain accurate client records.
Required profile
- Outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Result‑oriented, confident and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building customer relationships.
- Organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
