About the role

Little App Uganda is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. The role focuses on expanding the customer base while delivering excellent service and revenue growth. This full-time, on‑site position is based in Kampala, and applications are accepted until 7 August 2026.

Key responsibilities

The role involves the following responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client issues.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and prepare business reports.

Required profile

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing invoicing and collections.

Required skills

Technical proficiency required includes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
