Commission-Based Business Development Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commission‑Based Business Development Agent to expand the client base of A&M Executive Cleaning Services across Kampala. This part‑time position focuses on generating new leads, arranging meetings and securing qualified opportunities for our cleaning and facilities management services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, institutional and hospitality sectors.
• Promote the company’s cleaning services to prospective clients through calls, visits and presentations.
• Arrange and attend meetings with potential customers to understand their needs.
• Submit qualified leads to the internal sales team for follow‑up.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and uphold the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with at least 12 months of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
