Fraud Analyst

About the role

The Fraud Analyst will work in Sun King’s Corporate Risk department, focusing on identifying and handling fraud or suspicious activities while providing strategic direction through professional reports.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and collect information on fraud‑related activities such as tampering, identity theft, impersonation, and scams.
• Liaise with the Field Team and Call Center to identify fraudulent cases and follow them through to closure.
• Coordinate with law‑enforcement agents to close reported fraud or tampering cases.
• Serve as a witness in legal proceedings on behalf of the company.
• Prepare regular reports on field fraud activities and escalate issues as needed.
• Educate staff on fraud and its impact on the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in criminal justice, criminology, sociology, psychology, security studies, or risk management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fraud analysis or a related role.
• Relevant certification in criminal investigations, fraud management, or business analytics (preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong people, planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work with minimal supervision.
