About the role
Prudential is seeking a senior leader to design, implement and monitor the Bancassurance sales team development programme and recruitment blueprint. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Bancassurance Recruitment & Training will drive growth and productivity across the Bancassurance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies to achieve year‑over‑year growth in agency manpower.
- Meet recruitment targets for the Bancassurance force, focusing on high‑quality FSC hires.
- Conduct onboarding training (Pru Power Sprint) and manage turnover by identifying risk areas.
- Deliver timely product and sales training to staff, creating and updating training materials in line with compliance requirements.
- Design and roll out a structured training curriculum covering induction, continuous sales skills, advanced motivational programmes and regulatory licensing.
- Implement assessment mechanisms to measure training impact and source external trainers when needed.
Required profile
- Ardent team player with excellent people and communication skills.
- Proven experience leading recruitment and training functions within a sales or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of Bancassurance products, sales processes and regulatory compliance.
