About the role

Techbuzz Hub is looking for a motivated Human Resource Trainee to join its on‑site team in Kampala. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience supporting HR operations within a dynamic startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day HR management tasks and policy implementation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support benefits administration.
• Help with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct new‑employee orientations and support employee relations initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as directed by senior staff.

Required profile

• Background in a management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or completed).
• Interest in enterprise development, technology innovation, and startup environments.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
