About the role
Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Infant Lead Teacher to create a nurturing, joyful environment for our youngest learners. You will lead a classroom of infants, collaborate with fellow educators, and communicate daily milestones to families.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Document and share daily updates with parents.
- Plan a balanced daily schedule that includes quiet time, active play, and motor‑skill activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers to align curriculum and best practices.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.
- Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
- Experience as an infant classroom teacher.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous lead teacher experience in a preschool setting.
