About the role
The Loading Supervisor will oversee on‑site loading activities at YAKET International Limited’s warehouse in Kampala. This role ensures that goods are loaded safely, accurately and in compliance with documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all loading operations on site.
- Verify quantity, model and packaging against shipping documents.
- Control stacking methods to protect goods from damage.
- Record loading conditions and retain visual evidence.
- Provide timely feedback on any abnormalities or quantity discrepancies.
- Complete loading supervision documents and manage handover formalities.
Required profile
- Extroverted personality with strong on‑site presence.
- At least two years of experience in loading or warehouse supervision.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from UGX 300,000 to UGX 500,000.
