Manager/Cashier – Beverage Distribution

About the role
The company is seeking a trustworthy, hands‑on Manager/Cashier to oversee daily operations of its beverage distribution business in Kampala. This hybrid role combines management, cash handling, administration, stock oversight and sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Handle, record and reconcile daily cash and other payments.
- Monitor daily sales, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Supervise sales team, warehouse staff, drivers and loaders.
- Track stock movement and work with the Stock Controller to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate daily sales, stock and operational reports for CCBA/Coca‑Cola.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and ensure company funds are accounted for.
Required profile
- Honest, trustworthy and highly accountable.
- Strong numerical aptitude and record‑keeping ability.
- Effective communicator with supervisory experience.
- Organised, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable handling confidential financial information.
