About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Kampala. The role involves driving sales, building client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance and financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily sales activities and engage with potential and existing customers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products.
- Identify new sales opportunities and conduct client training sessions.
- Meet sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing strategies, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Experience in training clients or teams and a self‑motivated, goal‑driven attitude.
