Sales Associate – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to drive new business and nurture client relationships. You will represent the agency’s services, identify opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach.
• Meet prospective clients, present agency services, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up to close deals.
• Coordinate with account and creative teams to ensure accurate sales records and timely delivery.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in marketing events, gather client feedback, and contribute to improving sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong client‑relationship building, negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfort presenting services both in person and via digital channels.
• Basic understanding of advertising, branding and campaign concepts.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with common office software such as email, spreadsheets and presentations.
