Sales Associate – Insurance Agency (Kampala)

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to work on-site in Kampala. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, presenting agency services and building long-term business relationships to grow the client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align client needs with campaign solutions and support promotional events.
• Meet defined sales targets and provide timely customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in advertising, marketing or related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and manage multiple accounts.
• Organizational and time-management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kampala and travel locally for client visits.
