Sales Executive – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its Kampala office. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and presenting the agency’s services to prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
• Conduct sales meetings, prepare and deliver pitches, and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with account management and creative teams to align client needs with agency solutions.
• Track sales performance, maintain a sales pipeline, and provide regular reporting.
• Represent the agency at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in public speaking.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
