About the role
The Insurance Agency is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to generate and close new business opportunities. The role involves a consultative selling approach to identify, qualify, and develop leads with both new and existing customers. The executive will use expertise to identify and qualify leads, turning them into sales opportunities. This position reports to the Insurance Agency Manager within the Sales and Marketing department.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Demonstrated track record of over‑achieving quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
