Sales Representative – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in our Central office, driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships for our insurance agency. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospects, presenting our range of insurance solutions and guiding customers through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, cold‑calling and networking.
• Conduct sales calls and face‑to‑face meetings to present service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using a CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and accurate documentation.
• Report regularly on sales performance, market feedback and opportunities for product improvement.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills, focused on ethical sales practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑changing environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or similar sales‑pipeline tool.
• Proficiency with standard office software such as email, spreadsheets and word processing.
