Sales Executive – Office Support

About the role

The Sales Executive provides essential office support to the Sales & Marketing team at a leading hotel brand, handling documentation, client communication and brand promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare sales‑related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders throughout the sales process.
• Promote brand awareness internally and externally and assemble information packages like brochures and promotional materials.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software.
• Answer guest inquiries about property facilities, rates, packages and events, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience in sales or office support.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
