Sales Executive & Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive & Travel Consultant to join our team in Kampala. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking travel solutions, helping them plan memorable trips while driving revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Recommend and sell local and international travel packages, flights, hotels, holidays, and experiences.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Assist customers with travel planning and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and bookings.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, flights, hotels and holiday packages.
• Self‑motivated, organised, target‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer service.
