Sales Field Agent

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Field Agents to join Orange Phone & Accessories in Kampala. You will be responsible for promoting our phone and accessory range within the Kamwokya area, building relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Promote and explain product offerings to prospective clients.
• Generate new leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Visit customers regularly to maintain strong relationships.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and prospective customers.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Adhere to company sales procedures, policies and ethical standards.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with no prior experience; willingness to learn and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
