About the role
A growing bread bakery in Najjeera, Kampala is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to expand institutional and bulk bread sales across schools, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, offices and hospitals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential institutional clients such as schools, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, offices and hospitals.
- Negotiate and secure regular bread supply contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Track sales performance and report on targets.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated and confident with strong persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Result‑oriented and focused on achieving sales targets.
- Sales experience is an advantage, but a strong attitude and willingness to prospect are essential.

- Monthly retainer of UGX 200,000–250,000.
