About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft, produce, and publish engaging multimedia content that resonates with our audience and drives growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks, and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Manage community interactions by monitoring comments, direct messages, and fostering engagement across all platforms.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing past campaigns and managed accounts.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid storytelling abilities.
• Reliable power backup (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑performance laptop and a smartphone with a quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
