About the role

One Identity is seeking an autonomous Sales Executive to drive growth of its Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across multiple verticals. You will manage the full sales cycle for medium‑to‑long‑term projects while expanding an existing client portfolio through cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain and grow an existing customer portfolio.
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell opportunities within current accounts.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to craft compelling solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets with a high level of autonomy and commitment.

Required profile

  • 5–10 years of proven B2B tech sales experience, preferably in IAM, cybersecurity or IT solutions.
  • Comfortable handling complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ability to adapt messaging across different industries.
  • Autonomous, client‑focused and results‑driven.
  • Professional fluency in French and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
