Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead our Centra outlet, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service and fresh food offerings. You will be responsible for meeting sales and profitability targets while fostering a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, ensuring compliance with Centra brand values and standards.
• Set, monitor and achieve sales, gross profit, net margin, waste and other KPI targets.
• Implement planograms and maintain optimal product range and presentation.
• Manage staff rostering, annual leave, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Engage regularly with the Store Owner on performance and initiatives.
• Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
• Promote clear communication and a safe, inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a retail management role.
• Proven ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reading and acting on reports.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Highly driven, with a strong work ethic and passion for grocery retail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
