Technical Assistant – Phone Refurbishing & Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Assistant to support phone refurbishing and warehouse operations. The role involves managing inventory, performing device refurbishment, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring safe, efficient processes within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support warehouse stock‑taking, maintain accurate inventory records, and organise devices for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Perform basic phone refurbishing tasks such as software installation, device resets, configuration, and restoration to factory standards.
• Conduct detailed quality inspections, grade devices according to approved standards, and identify any cosmetic or functional defects.
• Capture and maintain refurbishment and inventory data using Excel or operational systems, and generate routine reports.
• Clean and sanitise devices, perform visual inspections, and ensure they meet presentation and hygiene standards.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse and technical operations environment.
• Organisational skills to manage inventory and documentation accurately.
• Willingness to follow documented processes and support continuous improvement.

Required skills
