About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide on‑site preventative and corrective maintenance for fiber, RF and network equipment, ensuring high availability and meeting SLA targets.
The role involves rapid response to field outages, root‑cause analysis, and close collaboration with IT, SCADA and security teams to keep infrastructure running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine checks and emergency troubleshooting across all fiber, RF, and network equipment to meet uptime SLAs.
- Respond promptly to field outages, diagnose root causes, and log service tickets into the central management system.
- Collaborate closely with centralized IT networks, industrial automation (SCADA) engineers, and site security personnel to optimize workflows.
- Maintain meticulous line diagrams, fiber maps, equipment configuration backups, and site safety documentation.
