About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team in Uganda. You will be the voice of KoolEnergies, reaching out to existing and prospective customers to promote our renewable energy products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Call existing and potential customers to introduce and sell KoolEnergies products.
  • Answer inquiries about product specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Record and process purchase orders accurately.
  • Generate qualified leads for the outside sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Update customer records, including payment methods and purchase history.
  • Use approved sales scripts to guide conversations and handle objections.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Provide timely reports on customer trends and market insights.
  • Support additional sales initiatives as assigned by management.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a telesales agent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal‑oriented with a proven record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
