Telesales Executive – Uganda

About the role

KoolEnergies is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join its growing sales team in Uganda. You will be the voice of the company, reaching out to existing and prospective customers to promote our renewable‑energy products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Call existing and potential customers to introduce and sell KoolEnergies products.
• Answer inquiries about product specifications, pricing and availability.
• Record and process purchase orders accurately.
• Generate qualified leads for the outside sales team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Update customer records, including payment methods and purchase history.
• Use approved sales scripts, handle objections and meet daily/ monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide timely reports on customer trends and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a telesales agent.
• Excellent communication, persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and data‑entry skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a proven record of meeting sales quotas.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
