Warehouse & Logistics Documentation Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Documentation Specialist will manage and control all documentation related to stock movements of tiles and sanitary ware at Twyford International Uganda. This role ensures accurate, timely and traceable records, supporting efficient warehouse operations and compliance with internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and maintain warehouse documents such as Goods Received Notes, delivery notes, waybills, stock transfer documents, picking lists and issuing documents.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing items are supported by correct documentation, checking product codes, descriptions, quantities and batch details.
• Record and reconcile stock receipts, transfers, issues and dispatches, aligning physical movement with system records.
• Identify and report missing documents, documentation errors and stock movement discrepancies.
• Update warehouse and inventory systems promptly and generate daily, weekly and monthly documentation reports.
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems and support stock counts, audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, maintain document traceability and provide records for audit and management review.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Records Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse documentation, logistics or inventory control.
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution or building‑materials environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems.
