About the role
Delta Partners Ltd is seeking a diligent Accountant to join its finance team in Kamwokya, Kampala. The role involves managing the financial records of the company’s franchise operations and ensuring accurate reporting in line with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts and reports.
- Maintain the franchise’s general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal control policies.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a franchise environment.
- Proven ability to prepare and submit financial statements and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Zoho Books.
