B2B Sales & Appointment Setter – AI, Automation & Digital Solutions

About the role

Tangibo is seeking a motivated B2B Sales & Appointment Setter to connect businesses with its AI‑driven digital, automation and software solutions. You will work from provided prospect lists, engage decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and schedule meetings that move leads through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and use approved channels to contact prospective business customers.
• Introduce Tangibo’s AI, automation and digital solutions and ask discovery questions to uncover needs.
• Qualify prospects, record interactions and outcomes in the CRM, and schedule qualified appointments for deeper consultations.
• Maintain daily and weekly activity targets, follow up consistently, and keep accurate CRM records.
• Use provided scripts, presentations and playbooks, and share prospect feedback with the wider team.
• Participate in sales training, performance reviews and regular team check‑ins.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with business owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Professional English proficiency and comfort making outbound business calls.
• Excellent follow‑up, organizational abilities and independence while adhering to a defined sales process.
• Willingness to work toward clear daily and weekly performance targets.
