About the role
Run the Rubaga branch end‑to‑end – handling disbursements, collections, cash management and leading the team. You will own the branch’s profit and loss.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4–6 field, collections, and operations staff.
- Sign off on daily disbursements within policy.
- Review portfolio health weekly with the credit team.
- Act as the first escalation point for customer issues at the branch.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years experience in micro‑finance institution or commercial bank branch operations.
- At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
- Clean track record on cash controls and audit findings.
- Ability to make quick small decisions and careful big decisions.
