Business Development Manager - IS Finance

About the role

ISFinance is a provider of credit services offering a range of credit solutions to individuals and businesses. It is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Business Development Manager who will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive revenue growth within the credit services sector. The role calls for a deep understanding of the credit industry and a proven track record of sales success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise new business opportunities within the credit services sector.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to reach revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Build, mentor and lead a sales team.
• Conduct market research and analysis to spot trends, competitive threats and growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Stay informed on industry regulations, market dynamics and emerging trends in credit services.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, sales or related roles within the credit services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit products, services and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
