Business Development Representative

About the role

Njuki is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to expand its network of landlords, property managers and tenants across Uganda. You will act as the front‑line ambassador of the platform, introducing its digital solutions to prospective users and guiding them through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through field outreach, referrals and community engagement.
• Demonstrate the Njuki platform to prospective landlords, property managers and tenants.
• Onboard new users and ensure successful activation of their accounts.
• Follow up with leads, provide support and nurture relationships within rental communities.
• Achieve agreed onboarding and activation targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence in field sales and direct customer outreach.
• Clear explanation of digital products to non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑driven, reliable and target‑oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service is an advantage.
