Business Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Business Planning and Analysis Manager will produce internal management reports, support budgeting processes and ensure cost controls to aid effective decision‑making at Finance Trust Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, including balance‑sheet, profit & loss, variance, trend and ratio analysis by branch and consolidated.
• Produce the monthly board finance report and branch performance reports.
• Analyse key performance indicators and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, conduct product costing and pricing analysis.
• Lead revenue assurance activities to prevent leakage of transaction and fee income.
• Coordinate the preparation, monitoring and variance analysis of annual operational and capital budgets.
• Supervise senior accountant and accountants, and authorize core banking and RTGS transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting degree, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across functions.
• Integrity and alignment with Finance Trust Bank values.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• General computer skills for financial analysis.
