Clothing Sales Representative

About the role

Flavour Bridge International is seeking an enthusiastic Clothing Sales Representative to join its retail team in Kamwokya, Kampala. You will be the front‑line ambassador for the brand, helping customers find the right apparel while driving store revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s clothing products to retail and wholesale customers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable items and deliver excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Arrange product displays and ensure the store remains clean, attractive, and well‑organized.
• Monitor stock levels and report fast‑moving or low‑stock items.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily sales reports for the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE), Diploma, or higher.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in clothing, fashion, retail, or FMCG.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer‑oriented.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Honest, reliable, and well‑groomed.
