About the role

Join Total Energies EP Uganda as a Corporate Affairs Graduate Trainee and support the Corporate Affairs department in delivering effective communication strategies. This entry‑level position is designed for recent university graduates eager to start a career in corporate communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting internal and external communications, press releases, and newsletters.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Conduct research on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Help maintain media relations and monitor coverage.
• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, International Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• Graduated within the last two years with at least an upper second‑class honours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate communications or public affairs.
