Marketing Officer (Recruitment and HR Outsourcing)

About the role

Career Options Africa Group, an HR consultancy firm specialising in recruitment, HR outsourcing and immigration support, is looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Officer in Uganda. The role drives business growth by acquiring new corporate clients for its recruitment and HR outsourcing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment and HR outsourcing services
• Carry out market research to find emerging opportunities, target markets and prospective clients across industries
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking and other channels
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up to convert leads into business
• Organise client meetings, understand client needs and present recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations and tenders
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads
• Prepare regular reports and keep an updated database of prospects, leads, interactions and conversions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, B2B sales or client acquisition
• Experience selling professional services, recruitment, HR outsourcing, payroll or similar is an added advantage
• Experience in a similar role with a reputable HR agency
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
