About the role
We are seeking motivated Credit Officer(s) to join our financial services team in Kampala. You will play a key part in assessing loan applications and managing a diverse loan portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications for logbook, business, civil servant and LPO financing.
- Conduct credit appraisal and due‑diligence to determine repayment capacity, risk and collateral adequacy.
- Oversee the loan lifecycle: disbursement, customer follow‑up, repayment monitoring and recovery of overdue loans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in credit, lending or loan appraisal.
- Hands‑on experience with logbook, business, civil servant or LPO loan products.
