Customer Service Administrator – Exports

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator focused on exports. You will coordinate end‑to‑end export shipments, ensure compliance with SOPs, and deliver high‑quality service to our international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee receipt of export cargo and verify documentation against Export SOPs.
- Plan daily shipments to meet same‑day load and dispatch targets.
- Manage electronic seals, security locks and cables to guarantee cargo safety.
- Serve as primary contact for export customers, providing shipment updates, tracking information and handling inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with carriers, customs agents, terminals, transporters and overseas offices to ensure timely handling.
- Maintain accurate records in the Transport Management System with 100% data quality.
- Prepare and dispatch invoices with supporting documents.
- Identify delay causes and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in a reputable clearing & forwarding or logistics company.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with ability to meet deadlines independently.
- High integrity, initiative and commitment to quality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Transport Management System (TMS).
