Direct Sales Executive – Nakawa

About the role

The Direct Sales Executive – Nakawa will work on‑site in Kampala, promoting international trade finance and related financial solutions. You will engage prospective clients, present the company’s products, and build lasting relationships within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients in the Nakawa area.
• Present trade finance, insurance, and related financial products.
• Manage face‑to‑face sales interactions and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to process applications and prepare basic sales reports.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely, professional service.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Basic knowledge of finance, banking or trade finance concepts.
• Understanding of insurance products related to trade or credit risk.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Kampala market is a plus.
• Certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
