Facilities, Safety & Admin Officer

About the role

The Facilities, Safety & Admin Officer ensures a safe, secure and well‑maintained environment for warehouse and office operations. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role coordinates maintenance, engineering contractors, security, health & safety, housekeeping and administrative services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, warehouse infrastructure, office utilities, material handling equipment, fire and HVAC systems, and electrical/plumbing services.
• Manage outsourced engineering contractors, defining scope, scheduling work, supervising performance and certifying completion.
• Maintain the Health & Safety Management System, conduct fire safety inspections, emergency preparedness, safety training, PPE compliance, incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Oversee physical security, visitor management, access control, key management, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting.
• Supervise front‑office administration, reception standards, mail handling, meeting‑room readiness, office supplies and overall workplace standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, administration, engineering coordination, HSE or operations support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
