About the role
The General Manager will lead all business operations, sales and distribution activities for a telecom franchise business within Donswift Company Limited. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, team performance and achieving growth targets in the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee business operations, sales and distribution activities.
- Manage the telecom franchise business to ensure profitability and growth.
- Analyse financial and operational performance to support strategic decisions.
- Identify and implement process optimisation initiatives.
- Drive team performance and achieve business growth targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, operations, distribution and team leadership.
- Prior experience in telecom, FMCG or distributorship businesses is an advantage.
