Revenue Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Assurance Analyst will safeguard Airtel Money’s revenue by implementing robust internal controls, detecting leaks, and preventing fraud. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with group governance and to capture missed revenue opportunities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and manage internal controls for Airtel Money to mitigate revenue leakages, fraud, errors and omissions.
• Institutionalise best‑in‑class revenue‑assurance processes in line with Group RAFM Governance Guidelines.
• Detect, report and close revenue‑loss incidents, and take proactive steps to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain compliance levels above 95% and implement, review, and modify Revenue Assurance SOPs and manuals.
• Lead risk analysis for major system launches and ensure “first‑time‑right” implementations.
• Identify missed revenue opportunities and continuously review service and revenue paths.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to understand end‑to‑end service architecture and develop new control environments.
• Provide timely weekly/monthly reports to business and Group RAFM, and escalate issues through proper hierarchy.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Data Systems & Analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance, fraud prevention or related analytics.
