About the role

The Graduate Talent Scientist role is an entry‑level position focused on developing expertise in candidate assessment, psychometrics, and data‑driven hiring practices. You will work closely with hiring teams across the EMEA region, supporting process improvements and stakeholder relationships while gaining hands‑on experience with our HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply behavioural interview techniques to assess candidates.
• Utilise psychometric tools to enhance workplace talent decisions.
• Improve hiring process documentation and drive efficiency.
• Contribute to analytics‑focused projects that integrate data for hiring insights.
• Build stakeholder relationships to design and implement complex hiring solutions.
• Provide ticket support and answer hiring‑related queries.
• Travel internationally 2‑4 times a year for company events.

Required profile

• Exceptional academic record with an undergraduate degree in psychology or a people‑focused discipline.
• Strong analytical ability, especially using SQL; Python and advanced statistical analysis are a plus.
• Exposure to talent acquisition through coursework, internships, or early‑career experience.
• Passion for the technology sector and evidence of this interest.
• Results‑driven mindset with solid project‑management skills.
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation abilities.
• Drive, ambition and curiosity to innovate in talent science.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
