Head of Corporate Sales

About the role

The Head of Corporate Sales will lead Renewable Uganda Limited’s corporate sales function, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base within the energy and utilities sector. Reporting to senior management, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on team leadership to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of corporate sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
