About the role
TechBuzz Hub is seeking a Human Resource Trainee to join its team in Kampala starting on October 1, 2026. This full‑time, on‑site position is part of the Graduate Professionals Apprenticeship Program (GPAP) and offers hands‑on experience in HR functions within an innovative, startup environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with HR management tasks and policy implementation.
- Maintain employee records and administer benefits.
- Support recruitment processes, conduct orientations and facilitate employee relations.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Required profile
- Background in a management, Human Resources or Business Administration course.
- Interest in enterprise development and technology innovation.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HR management, policies and procedures.
- Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.
