Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Infant Teacher Assistant to join its warm, dynamic early‑learning environment. You will help create a joyful, nurturing space for our youngest learners while supporting the classroom team.

Key responsibilities

• Align with Cadence’s philosophy and contribute to a positive, engaging learning atmosphere.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver an age‑appropriate, curiosity‑driving curriculum.
• Observe children’s interests, ensure safety, and enhance play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age‑appropriate social behaviors.
• Assist in planning a balanced daily schedule that includes quiet, active, indoor, and outdoor activities.

Required profile

• Meets all state preschool teacher‑assistant requirements.
• Flexible and able to work during business hours.
• Bonus points for prior experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
• Passionate about infant development and growth.
