IT Technical Support

About the role

The IT Technical Support professional will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and managing a range of hardware and network equipment to minimise downtime and support end‑users efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair network devices such as switches, routers and firewalls.
• Manage CCTV surveillance and access‑control systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of UPS and power‑backup systems.
• Provide prompt technical support to end‑users and resolve IT‑related issues.
• Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic software applications.
• Document IT assets, service requests and resolution processes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking and CCTV systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
